I enjoyed working with Aleena Walji and Mauricio Meza, who were my project coordinators on this project. They have guided me and aimed to steer me on the right path towards fulfilling the project's goals, in a way that aimed to tackle creativity whilst maintaining a professional final product. Something that I took away from this experience more than anything is that when you work for an organization, there are rules that have to be followed, colours have to look a certain way, fonts have to meet specific standards, and an Avant-garde approach to the work is usually a no-go. Still, experimenting is fine when a balance in style and substance of an output that is expected is met. Overall, you come to realize this is a team endeavour, and the advice you're given helps formulate the tasks you submit.

I had a great experience working with Aleena and the team at Holland Bloorview. Aleena provided clear guidance while giving me the creative freedom to explore and improve my work. Her feedback was always thoughtful and constructive, which helped me grow.The collaborative and respectful environment made this project especially rewarding.
