Orso Activewear is an incredible company with a strong, sustainable mission and high-quality clothing. I had the privilege of working with them this summer, and it was a truly rewarding experience. From the very beginning, Justine and Jaewon (founders/employers) were organized, communicative, and supportive; responding promptly to my application and showing genuine interest in meeting. What stood out most was the trust they placed in me as an intern. They encouraged me to share ideas, provided thoughtful feedback, and actively worked to bring my contributions to life. This gave me not only valuable hands-on experience but also the rewarding opportunity to see my work directly impact a growing company. Justine and Jaewon foster a positive, collaborative environment where communication is open, frequent, and transparent.
