Criteria for Success • Development of at least three actionable and detailed personas representing the primary segments of our target audience. • Journey maps that illustrate the user experience, including touchpoints, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. • Clear, actionable insights to guide design, marketing, and product development teams. • All deliverables presented in a format that is easy to share and incorporate into future projects.
