Details

The project aims to design a comprehensive marketing strategy and launch plan for FlexyGig, a platform that connects gig workers with employers seeking flexible job opportunities. The team will research successful launch strategies of established gig-based platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and TaskRabbit to identify key tactics and success factors. By understanding these strategies, students will create a tailored marketing plan to increase awareness and user adoption for FlexyGig. The project also involves identifying pain points and opportunities within the gig economy that FlexyGig can address, determining effective marketing channels, and developing engaging campaign visuals. The goal is to craft a cohesive strategy that resonates with both gig workers and employers, highlighting FlexyGig's unique value proposition of flexibility, transparency, and simplicity.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a detailed marketing strategy document that incorporates insights from research and outlines the proposed launch plan. Additionally, students will produce a collection of campaign visuals, with a minimum of five designs, such as social media posts, digital ads, and mock-ups. Finally, a presentation summarizing the research findings, marketing strategy, and visuals will be prepared to showcase the comprehensive plan.
