Details

The Kamloops Therapeutic Riding Association (KTRA) aims to strengthen its community presence and enhance its donor relations. The project focuses on developing strategies to build and maintain robust relationships with community partners, thereby increasing KTRA's profile. Additionally, the project seeks to create and implement an effective donor appreciation mechanism to ensure KTRA remains a priority for donations. By leveraging classroom knowledge in marketing, communications, and relationship management, learners will analyze current community engagement practices and donor interactions. The goal is to propose innovative solutions that align with KTRA's mission and values, fostering long-term support and collaboration. This project offers learners the opportunity to apply theoretical concepts in a real-world setting, contributing to the organization's sustainability and growth.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a comprehensive community engagement strategy document and a detailed donor appreciation plan. These documents should outline actionable steps and innovative approaches to enhance KTRA's relationships with community partners and donors. Additionally, learners will present their findings and recommendations in a formal presentation to KTRA's leadership team, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals. The deliverables will provide KTRA with practical tools to strengthen its community ties and donor relations effectively.
