At first, we faced challenges due to a misunderstanding between our team and management about what was expected from us. This caused some delays and confusion. But over time, we worked hard to realign, clarify expectations, and move the project back on track. In the end, we impressed management by showing that we knew how to handle conflict, accept mistakes, and improve from them. Moving forward, I will always make sure to double-check expectations, communicate openly, and address issues early before they grow. I will also continue to take accountability and focus on solutions when things don’t go as planned.
